Full Automatic Bag On Valve Aerosol Filling Machine
Product Description
The Full Automatic Bag on Valve Filling Machine has the feature of high efficiency, high accuracy and high automation. Compressed air or N2 and crimping is combined into one working head with under cap filling process by PLC and touch screen, and then fill liquid material. Composed of can arranging machine, two heads inflating & crimping machine, four heads liquid filling machine, automatic weighing machine, water bath leakage tester, automatic actuator pressing machine, automatic cap pressing machine, coding machine and packing table, it is an ideal line for big scale factory.
Basic structure and working principle
The cans arranging machine consists of a main belt and seven auxiliary conveyor belts. Main conveyor belt through the cans arranging machine , automatic BOV inflatable sealing machine, automatic BOV liquid filling machine. To connect several parts into a whole, responsible for the delivery of aerosol cans on the whole line. The main conveyor belt and the auxiliary conveyor belt respectively adopt independent explosion-proof stepless variable speed motor. The speed can be adjusted according to actual production needs.
Installation and commissioning
Conveyer table top must be levelled during installation. It can be realized by adjusting the bottom screw of the frame.
The distance between the baffle plates on both sides of the main conveyor belt should be adjusted to the aerosol cans diameter +1-2 mm or so to ensure that the aerosol cans will not shake or get stuck in the conveying process.
care and maintenance
The stepless variable speed motor must operate at the specified oil level.
It is not allowed to use oil shortage.
The lubricating oil should be 40# mechanical oil.
It is best to use original matching special lubricating oil.
Only in the operation of the variable speed machine can adjust the hand wheel to adjust the speed.
