When you turn on the filling knob switch of aerosol filling machine, the liquid metering cylinder double-air-controlled reversing valve changes direction. Under the action of the small cylinder, the filling head valve opens. At this time, the upper chamber of the power cylinder of the liquid metering cylinder is aired in, and the lower chamber is exhausted. The power cylinder piston pushes the piston of the liquid cylinder down, and the liquid in the liquid cylinder is poured into the aerosol tank. The pressure of the piston of the power cylinder will trigger the signal valve, and the signal valve will output the air pressure, which makes the liquid metering cylinder double pneumatic control reversing valve. In this way, the inlet and outlet directions of the small cylinder of the filling head and the power cylinder will be reversed, the valve of the filling head will be closed, the metering cylinder will be reset, and the same amount of liquid will be sucked from the container, and the filling step will be completed.

2. Sealing of aerosol filling machine

Because aerosol products have a certain pressure, the mouth of the aerosol can must be closed before filling. After filling in the field, you need to turn on the sealing knob switch of the aerosol filling machine. At this time, the aerosol filling machinery of double air-controlled reversing valve of the sealing machine changes direction. The piston of the cylinder moves downward, and the sealing head compresses the valve of the jar. The downward movement of the bottom of the sealing cylinder will trigger the sealing signal valve, and the output air pressure of the signal valve will act on the single pneumatic reversing valve, causing the piston to move downwards, and finally the sealing claw will open and seal the can. When the stopper on the top of the sealing machine touches the reset signal valve, the output air pressure of the signal valve acts on the double air control reversing valve, the double air control reversing valve will reverse, and the lifting cylinder piston will rise to its original position. At the same time, the reversal of the single pneumatic control valve will cause the piston of the sealing cylinder to move up, and the sealing jaw of the aerosol filling machinery will shrink and reset.

3. Inflation of aerosol filling machine

The last step is inflation of aerosol filling machine. When you turn on the inflation knob switch of  aerosol filling machine, the gas metering cylinder double-air-controlled reversing valve reverses, the inflation head presses down the aerosol tank under the action of the small cylinder, and the nozzle of the aerosol filling machine will automatically open. The upper cavity of the power cylinder of the gas metering cylinder enters into the air and the lower cavity is exhausted. The piston of the power cylinder pushes the propellant piston downward to inject the liquid propellant into the sealed aerosol can through the inflation head. The downward pressure of the piston of the power cylinder will trigger the signal valve. The output air pressure of the signal valve acts on the gas metering cylinder and the double-air-controlled reversing valve to reverse the direction, and reverse the inlet and outlet directions of the small cylinder of the charging head and the power cylinder, thereby making the charging head And the aerosol filling machine of metering cylinder returns to the initial position.
