QWEY BOV 20mm Bag On Valve machine in tegrates propellant filling , crimping ,liquid filling and cleaning .The feeding methhod adopts a servo system to drive the indexing plate ,so as to drive the star wheel to realize the precise supply of aerosol cans .Novel design ,compact and reasonable structure ,stable and reliable performance .It is the ideal machine for filling 20mm bag on valve aerosol products .
The machine can also designed with 2 heads gas filling &crimping , 2 heads liquid filling and 1 head cleaning .
Load program to the PLC , By operating the touch screen ,first fill the compressed air(or nitrogen) and then crimping ,second liquid filling with high pressure .
Finally clean the product .Equipped with 2 sets of quantitative filling system and 1 gas storage tank .
